Clear Vision Support Solutions (CVSS) is a growing NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support coordination and services. As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organised professional to work closely alongside the Director to support the continued growth and development of the business.
This is not a traditional administration role. This position is focused on assisting the Director to build the organisation, strengthen relationships within the community, and support the expansion of our services.
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, supporting new ideas and helping turn opportunities into real outcomes.
In this role, you will work directly with the Director to support business growth, community engagement and partnership development. You will assist with coordinating opportunities that strengthen our presence within the disability sector and help build strong referral networks.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and motivated by helping a growing organisation expand its impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director with business development and growth initiatives
Coordinate networking opportunities and community engagement activities
Assist with developing and maintaining referral partnerships with allied health providers, schools, organisations and community groups
Support marketing initiatives including social media coordination and promotional activities
Prepare information packs, presentations and materials for meetings and networking events
Track new referrals, opportunities and potential partnerships
Assist with follow-up communication with stakeholders and potential clients
Provide organisational support to the Director to assist with implementing growth strategies
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive and able to take initiative
Comfortable working closely with a Director in a collaborative role
Motivated to contribute to the growth and development of a business
Able to work independently while also being part of a team
Experience in the NDIS, disability, community services or allied health sectors
Experience in business development, marketing or partnerships
Experience supporting senior leadership or management
