The Company:This company is a respected boutique property agency specialising in sales and marketing of residential apartment developments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Known for personalised service and expert market insights, they work closely with top developers to deliver compelling, results-driven marketing campaigns. Due to continued growth across their portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple projects. The Role:Reporting to the Directors, this is a senior, hands-on Marketing Manager role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project marketing across a diverse residential apartment portfolio. This role will suit an experienced property marketing professional who is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, and rolling up their sleeves to coordinate agencies, stakeholders and sales teams. You will act as the central point of contact across creative, digital and media partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and on budget. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies across residential projects from launch to sell-outManage end-to-end campaigns and keep multiple external agencies (creative, digital, media) on track and on brand.Manage full project marketing budgets, forecasting and reportingWork closely with internal sales teams to align lead generation, collateral and campaign activityLeverage CRM and Salesforce data to inform messaging, campaign optimisation and reportingEnsure consistent brand execution across all marketing channels and touchpointsManage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects Experience Required:Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing within the property development or real estate sectorStrong understanding of Brisbane and Gold Coast residential marketsHigh proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms, with the ability to translate data into outcomesProven experience managing multiple external agencies and complex project timelinesDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end marketing budgetsConfident communicator able to manage senior stakeholders and internal teams What’s on Offer:Senior marketing role within an established residential projects businessAutonomy to lead and shape project marketing strategy and executionExposure to a high-quality portfolio across Brisbane and the Gold CoastSupport from internal marketing, creative and media resourcesCompetitive salary package commensurate with experience If this sounds like you, contact David Thomas (0407 746 039) or Gemma Irwin (0466 224 895) or email your CV to [email protected]
