About the role
Newlife Family of Churches is seeking an experienced Ministry Systems & Technology Coordinator to steward our core digital platforms, including Planning Centre Online and Microsoft 365.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the effectiveness of our staff and ministry teams by ensuring our systems are well-structured, reliable, and easy to use.
This position is based in Robina, Queensland and is offered on a part-time basis (22.8 hours per week / 3 days).

Administer and maintain Planning Centre Online, including people records, workflows, and ministry structures.
Support the effective use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, file structures) across the Newlife staff team.
Coordinate technology support requests and projects with our Managed IT Service Provider.
Develop and maintain simple guides, resources, and training to build staff confidence in using systems.
Work with ministry leaders to streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and reduce administrative burden.
What we’re looking for

Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Planning Centre Online or similar church/databasing tools is highly regarded.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of staff and volunteers, with strong communication and training skills.
High level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Commitment to the vision and mission of the Newlife Family of Churches, a current (or ability to obtain) Blue Card, valid driver’s licence, and Australian working rights.
