Marketing & Design Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organised, experienced Marketing & Design Coordinator who thrives on structure, accountability and execution. This hands-on role works closely with the Founder and Sales Manager to turn vision into clear marketing plans, campaigns and on-brand creative across multiple channels.

The Role

• Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions

• Manage campaign calendars, timelines and launch execution

• Oversee content across web, social, EDM, SMS and print

• Upload and refine website content (Shopify updates, banners, product launches)

• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Support general marketing admin, reporting and data management

About You

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Passionate about brand storytelling

• Strong experience using Canva, Adobe suite and Figma  (digital, social, presentations, signage)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing

• Comfortable managing website platforms (Shopify experience advantageous)

• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple projects calmly

• Passionate about brand storytelling and content creation
  

This is a dynamic, hands-on role within a creative, founder-led jewellery brand. You’ll be part of a small, fun team working in a vibrant warehouse environment where ideas move quickly from concept to reality.
