Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

As Business Development Manager for our Home Oxygen and Aged Care business, your main role will be to proactively drive our business growth in Queensland, maintain our key accounts and ensure a superior customer experience.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Identify new business opportunities in Queensland, with a focus on expanding the Home Care packages (e.g., oxygen, medical equipment) market.

  • Proactively go into the field to meet with potential customers and stakeholders at different levels to identify current and future needs

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and sites

  • Provide high-quality account management, including conducting audits, sharing best practices, and ensuring safety compliance

Are you a MATCH?

  • Valid and full Australian working rights

  • At least 2 years experience in Business Development required, preferably in the healthcare sector

  • Ability to work proactively and independently in the field

  • Valid Australian driver’s licence
