The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Administration team member.
You'll provide essential administrative and marketing support to our Sales team while lending your skills to create engaging marketing content.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your administrative talents with your creative side, playing a vital role in our Gold Coast office's day-to-day operations and marketing efforts.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
We offer a flexible work schedule with core hours of 9 am to 2 pm, allowing you to tailor your workday to your needs.
This part-time position requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
What You'll Bring
Administration Expertise:
Proven experience in a corporate environment or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Marketing knowledge:
Good understanding of social media marketing concepts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Willingness to learn and create content for social media platforms.
A keen eye for design is a plus.
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Australian work authorisation is required to apply for this position.
What You'll Do
Marketing:
Produce marketing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that are consistent with Knight Frank's brand and identity.
Mark-up photography according to Knight Frank guidelines for marketing purposes.
Manage and maintain Knight Frank Gold Coast's social media presence (posting, responding to comments, etc.).
Compile Marketing Submissions and other Marketing material.
Administration:
Assist Sales team with administrative tasks and processes.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Provide general office support, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
