About the Role

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of the Nutra Naturals ecommerce experience across all markets, helping to deliver a seamless, engaging, and high-performing online customer journey. Reporting to the eCommerce Campaign Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting eCommerce campaigns, website content updates, onsite merchandising, and optimisation initiatives across the business.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce, you will help coordinate campaign execution, maintain website content, support lifecycle marketing initiatives, and contribute to ongoing improvements across the ecommerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of eCommerce campaigns across all markets, including launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.

  • Coordinate campaign briefs, onsite assets, landing pages, and timelines to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

  • Manage website content updates including homepage banners, collection pages, product pages, navigation, and landing pages.

  • Support onsite search, merchandising, SEO content updates, testing, and optimisation initiatives to improve engagement, conversion, and AOV.

  • Assist with lifecycle marketing initiatives including Klaviyo flows, forms, customer segments, deliverability, and EDM testing.

  • Support ad hoc ecommerce projects, new tool implementations, and continuous improvements across the ecommerce experience.

  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to coordinate assets, feedback, and campaign deliverables.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.

  • Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Intermediate understanding of ecommerce best practices and customer experience.
