About the role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Site Team Leader to play a pivotal role in optimising customer service and operational efficiency within the Coral Homes specialised division, focused on Knock Down Rebuilds (KDRB), Acreage, and other complex residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and mentor a team of Pre-Site Coordinators.
Run weekly workflow meetings and ensure accurate customer communication and records.
Drive service and process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Manage escalated customer cases and ensure high-quality communication and documentation.
Recruit, train and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.
Stay informed of relevant council, certifier and regulatory requirements.
About You
Proven experience in pre-site leadership within residential construction.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end pre-site process within volume building.
Skilled in team development, customer service, and conflict resolution.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Confident communicator with a collaborative and professional approach.
Honest, reliable, and fosters positive team relationships.
