About the role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Site Team Leader to play a pivotal role in optimising customer service and operational efficiency within the Coral Homes specialised division, focused on Knock Down Rebuilds (KDRB), Acreage, and other complex residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor a team of Pre-Site Coordinators.

• Run weekly workflow meetings and ensure accurate customer communication and records.

• Drive service and process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

• Manage escalated customer cases and ensure high-quality communication and documentation.

• Recruit, train and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.

• Stay informed of relevant council, certifier and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Proven experience in pre-site leadership within residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end pre-site process within volume building.

• Skilled in team development, customer service, and conflict resolution.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Confident communicator with a collaborative and professional approach.

• Honest, reliable, and fosters positive team relationships.
