About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support to our teams. This role will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions across all SPAC office locations and retail stores.
Key responsibilities:
Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries via ticket system, in person or over the phone.
Training computer and mobile device users.
Maintaining daily performance of our computer systems.
Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
Working on Service Desk related projects as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
What You Bring:
2 years plus experience in a customer services based IT support role.
Experience in hardware, software and network troubleshooting and working with a ticketing system.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focussed approach.
Ability to communicate with a broad range of customers.
Fantastic attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
