Freedom Pools is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Administration Scheduler to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, customer service and supporting internal compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensuring timely and accurate processing of production paperwork on orders

·       Liaise with production team to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies

·       Scheduling of Production to ensure the pools are built in time for detail and delivery

·       Organising transport bookings and logistics scheduling including communication with transport companies

·       Invoicing of all delivered products and follow up of outstanding payments from agents

·       Coordinate export documentation and queries including local surveyor and transport

·       Assist the facility in the monthly stocktakes of pools, for the Yatala site and other holding yards

·       Assist in processing stock count information and follow up on variances.

·       Other duties such as banking & credits in MYOB

·       Support and deal with our agents

About You

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative / support role

·       Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders.

·       Strong data processing and problem-solving skills

·       Effective time management and ability to prioritise a pressured workload.

·       Computer literacy – strong Microsoft Excel skills and a knowledge of ERP systems and MYOB
