Are you creative, organised and obsessed with social media, content and design?

AHC Limited is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our growing in-house marketing team and help bring our brands to life across social media, digital and print.

Working with our Marketing Coordinator and Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day content creation, scheduling and coordination across our organic social media, email marketing and marketing collateral — freeing up the team to focus on strategy, campaigns and growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves creating content, has a great eye for design and wants to build a long-term career in marketing. You don’t need to be an expert in Meta Ads, SEO or WordPress — we’re looking for someone with initiative, creativity, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly.

Our marketing team manages a broad range of social media, websites, digital advertising, brochures, signage, email campaigns and promotional content across multiple brands.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is heavily focused on content creation, social media coordination and marketing support.

You’ll help prepare and organise the day-to-day marketing workload including:

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, create and schedule organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for multiple brands with distinct tones and aesthetics

  • Film short-form video content on-site (iPhone-based) including Reels, project updates and lifestyle content — with occasional travel to site every 4–6 weeks

  • Edit video content using CapCut (desktop and mobile) — trimming, captioning, formatting for platform

  • Repurpose existing content across formats to maximise reach

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and interact with other accounts to help grow our community

  • Assist with creating fresh ad creative every 6–8 weeks for paid social campaigns

  • Attending events and site visits to capture real-time content including photos, video and social updates

Design & Collateral

  • Design social posts, stories, flyers, brochures and signage across multiple brand guidelines using Canva

  • Update marketing collateral such as price lists and brochures, ensuring changes flow through to digital touchpoints including websites and project pages

  • Refresh our REA listings monthly and ensure accuracy of information across all platforms

Email Marketing & Admin

  • Create and send monthly newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp templates

  • Draft captions, write copy for social and EDMs, and assist with website content updates

  • Help maintain organised marketing files, content calendars and reporting documents

  • Liaise with internal team members, external consultants and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across websites, marketing documents, REA profiles and advertising platforms

  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing and sales team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding

  • Confident using Canva

  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content

  • Organised with strong attention to detail

  • A strong written communicator with good spelling and grammar

  • Comfortable working across different brand styles and tones

  • Eager to learn new systems and technologies quickly

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Positive, proactive and willing to help where needed

  • Some exposure to social media management or digital marketing is preferred — but the right attitude matters more than previous experience

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools

  • Basic understanding of social media advertising

  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM platforms

  • Photography or videography experience
