At Renew Kitchens & Bathrooms, we’re a family-run renovation business based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in transforming kitchens and bathrooms — often saving customers thousands by renovating instead of replacing — and we’ve built a reputation for quality work, expert design, and genuine customer care.

We are looking for a sales and design consultant to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for design and a talent for building genuine connections, we'd love to have you help our clients transform their vision into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attending pre-booked in-home consultations with prospective customers

• Taking full measurements and photos on-site to Skype the job accurately

• Creating kitchen and bathroom designs using design software based on client needs

• Helping clients select cabinetry, benchtops, fixtures, handles, and finishes

• Preparing and sending quote

• Building relationships with past clients to generate referrals and repeat business

• Working closely with the production and installation team to hand over jobs seamlessly

The Ideal Applicant

• Has experience in sales, design, or both — ideally in kitchens, bathrooms, or home renovation

• Comfortable running in-home consultations and presenting quotes with confidence

• Has an eye for design and can help clients visualise the finished result

• Organised, detail-oriented, and follows through on commitments

• A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly

• Has a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site visits

• Professional and respectful when working in people’s homes
