Production Officer - Aged Care

Chempro Chemists has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a full-time Production Officer (Dispensary Technician) to join our dedicated Aged Care team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding sector of pharmacy, utilising some of the latest technologies in medication management and supply

Based in Bundall, this position supports Residential Aged Care Facilities across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW. You will work closely with pharmacists and the packing team to ensure the accurate and timely supply of medications to aged care residents.

On the job training will be provided, including exposure to advanced pharmacy systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

·         Liaise with pharmacists and the packing team to meet Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) packing requirements

·         Assist with packing schedules and workflow coordination

·         Support the aged care production process to ensure accuracy and compliance

·         Contribute to a positive, efficient, and collaborative team environment

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:

·         Adaptability across multiple tasks and responsibilities

Requirements:

·         Dispensary Technician qualification (preferred)

·         Experience with FRED (preferred but not essential)

·         Aged Care pharmacy experience (advantageous but not essential)

·         Strong computer literacy

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
