As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the performance, optimisation, and growth of With Jéan's digital marketing ecosystem across customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and paid media.

This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across paid advertising, email, SMS, loyalty, affiliate marketing, and customer acquisition channels while ensuring the systems, automations, and processes that support these channels are operating effectively.

You'll work closely with the founders and wider team, taking ownership of channel performance, reporting, platform management, agency relationships, and ongoing optimisation initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly accountable, commercially minded, and proactive. Someone who identifies opportunities and issues before they become problems, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

  • Own and manage customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, and future growth opportunities.

  • Develop, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns across all acquisition channels.

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, audience strategy, creative testing, and campaign performance.

  • Monitor product feeds, catalogues, and campaign structures to ensure alignment with inventory, merchandising, and business priorities.

  • Identify performance opportunities, inefficiencies, and risks across channels.

  • Drive customer acquisition while maintaining profitability targets.

Retention Marketing, CRM & Loyalty

  • Own email, SMS, retention, and loyalty marketing strategy.

  • Manage campaign calendars, customer journeys, segmentation, automations, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee Attentive, Yotpo, and related retention platforms.

  • Monitor customer engagement, retention, repeat purchase behaviour, and customer lifetime value.

  • Ensure customer-facing flows, rewards, automations, and signup experiences are operating correctly and reviewed regularly.

Affiliate & Partnerships

  • Manage affiliate marketing through Rakuten and other affiliate partnerships.

  • Review affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and affiliates.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across acquisition and retention channels.

  • Monitor key metrics including revenue, ROAS, MER, CAC, retention, email performance, SMS performance, and customer lifetime value.

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to founders and leadership.

Systems, Platforms & Process Management

  • Maintain a strong understanding of all digital marketing platforms, automations, integrations, and workflows.

  • Conduct regular audits of campaigns, automations, signup units, loyalty programs, feeds, and customer journeys.

  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.

  • Ensure agency, platform, and vendor implementations are reviewed, tested, and validated.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with agencies, technology partners, and platform providers.

  • Hold external partners accountable for delivery and performance.

  • Coordinate implementations, platform changes, and ongoing optimisation initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, E-Commerce, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership teams.

  • Communicate clearly on priorities, risks, opportunities, and project timelines.

  • Take ownership of outcomes across the Digital Marketing function.

  • Contribute positively to team culture and maintain professional communication at all times.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing, or E-Commerce Marketing.

  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, SEO, Shopify, and Analytics platforms.

  • Comfortable owning budgets, reporting, forecasting, and performance targets.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and reporting tools.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

  • Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused.

  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across multiple departments.

  • Fashion, retail, or e-commerce experience highly regarded.
