Job description:

• Immediate Starts Available - Carrara, QLD
• Variety of Roles Available - FT, PT, Casual
• $30.43 p/hr (Day & Arvo Shift), $35.17 p/hr (Night Shift), $40.58 p/hr (Saturdays), $54.1 p/hr (Sundays)

Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable Production Operators to join our fast-paced team in Carrara. We have multiple opportunities available across our teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production, warehousing, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
