About the Role
Based at our Yatala Head Office, this full-time role is responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives across Hurford Wholesale's national operations.
You will work closely with state managers, sales teams, suppliers and customers to strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple product categories. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media and trade channels, including product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Manage campaign schedules, budgets and performance reporting, using insights and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage and optimise company websites, coordinate SEO initiatives, website content updates, and digital marketing activities including Google Ads, Meta advertising and lead generation campaigns.
Create, edit and publish content for websites, social media, catalogues, brochures, flyers, specification sheets and EDMs.
Coordinate photography, video production and other creative projects, and brief and manage external designers, agencies and suppliers when required.
Develop marketing tools and promotional resources for customers, distributors and sales teams, and coordinate point-of-sale materials, showroom displays and trade marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal sales teams and management across multiple states, manage marketing enquiries and requests, and build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and external partners.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
Strong content writing and communication skills.
Experience with website management, SEO and digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media advertising.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva highly regarded.
Marketing qualifications preferred.
