About the role

As the Finance Brokerage Business Development Manager at Finance Hunting, you will play a key role in driving the expansion of our finance brokerage services to new clients across Australia. This full-time position will see you working closely with our sales and operations teams to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with our strategic growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to acquire new finance brokerage clients

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and client engagement

3. Generating new business leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research

4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new client contracts

5. Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients

6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth possibilities

7. Contributing to the development of innovative finance brokerage solutions to meet evolving client needs

What we're looking for

1. Demonstrated experience in a new business development or sales role within the finance or brokerage industry

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

5. Highly organised and results-driven, with a proactive and collaborative approach

6. Familiarity with the local Molendinar QLD 4214 market and finance brokerage landscape
