Tilt Panel / Formwork Workers Wanted

Hourly rate + Super | Logan area | Immediate Start

Black Diamond Tilt Panels is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced workers to join our growing team constructing commercial and industrial buildings.

We have steady ongoing work available, with most projects located around the Logan area. We’re looking for people who are reliable, physically fit, have a good attitude, and are happy working as part of a team.

This role would suit someone looking for long-term work; someone who shows up, works well with the crew, takes pride in doing a good job, and uses a bit of common sense on site.

For the right person, there is also opportunity to move into a Leading Hand or 2IC position.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in commercial tilt panel projects, with duties including:

•              Marking out and boxing tilt panels (aluminum and timber)

•              Reading basic plans and construction drawings

•              General formwork and structural assembly

•              Operating hand and power tools

•              General site laboring and construction work

•              Working closely with supervisors and site teams

About You

•              Experience in tilt panel construction, formwork, carpentry, or similar construction work

•              Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•              Reliable, hardworking, and can-do attitude

•              Common sense and the ability to take initiative

•              Own transport

•              Valid ABN, TFN, & Super Details

•              Valid Australian work rights
