We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative & Claims Consultant. In this role, you will provide administrative support, claims management and advocacy to our clientele within a wide range of industries.

Your Role:
Assisting clients with amendments on various products
Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate team members
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Managing electronic mail and client requests
Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain policy information and documentation
Lodging claims & providing ongoing claims management
Building long lasting relationships with key clientele
Providing transparent communication & claims updates to clients
Educating customers on claims process
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administration environment
Interest to learn about insurance products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and efficient with computer systems
Highly driven, self motivated with a great work ethic
