• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Assessing customer finance and insurance requirements and presenting customised solutions
• Negotiating and finalising finance and insurance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Toyota finance and insurance products and services
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Proven experience in the automotive finance and insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Toyota products
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
• Comprehensive understanding of finance and insurance products, as well as relevant laws and regulations
