This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships and growing their career within a premium real estate brand.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a residential property portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships

• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs

• Conducting routine inspections

• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

• Handling arrears management

• Processing tenancy applications

• Coordinating entry and exit inspections

• Ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation

• Identifying and securing new management opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A proactive and positive attitude

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
