We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life of our DVA and Support at Home clients . We are looking for staff who can fill shifts on daily including active overnight support on the Gold Coast.

Your Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our clients, enabling independence and wellbeing in home and the community. Your responsibilities may include:

• Support provision in alignment with clients' individual care plan

• Providing effective personal care maintaining clients' dignity

• Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation

• Ensuring a safe and pleasant home environment for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Personal Care Workers with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent including personal care unit) and relevant experience in personal care (mandatory)

• Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support (or ability to obtain)

• Candidates with HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency highly regarded

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with insurance essential.
