About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Finance Broker to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. In this role, you'll help clients secure tailored finance solutions for their commercial needs while building strong, long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

    •    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral networks

    •    Identify finance needs and recommend tailored commercial lending solutions

    •    Support clients through the lending journey, from enquiry to settlement

    •    Stay current with lender products, policies, and market trends

    •    Consistently meet and exceed performance targets

Who We’re Looking For

Recommended backgrounds include:

    •    Finance or mortgage broking experience

    •    Sales professionals with a track record of success

    •    Hospitality professionals with strong people skills

Requirements

    •    No formal qualifications required – we provide all the training you need

    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    •    Good time management and a high level of professionalism

    •    Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a bonus (but not essential)

    •    Driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
