THE ROLE: 

• Oversee a residential property portfolio of 60 properties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate and follow through on maintenance and repair requests
• Carry out routine inspections and detailed property reporting
• Manage lease renewals and conduct market-based rent reviews
• Monitor and action rental arrears in a timely manner
• Review and process tenancy applications with care and accuracy
• Organise and complete ingoing and outgoing inspections

THE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Current or previous Real Estate experience 
• Valid drivers licence 
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate 
• Strong customer service
