THE ROLE: - Oversee a residential property portfolio of 60 properties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate and follow through on maintenance and repair requests
- Carry out routine inspections and detailed property reporting
- Manage lease renewals and conduct market-based rent reviews
- Monitor and action rental arrears in a timely manner
- Review and process tenancy applications with care and accuracy
- Organise and complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
THE REQUIREMENTS: - Current or previous Real Estate experience
- Valid drivers licence
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Strong customer service
