The Role

Pure Property Management is looking for an energetic Commercial Property Manager with a great attitude to join our Gold Coast team.

We are currently looking for someone who has at least 12 months experience in commercial property management, experience in managing retail assets would be an added bonus but not essential.

As a business we pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding client expectations and are looking for a new team member who strives for the same.

Your duties, but not limited to the following:

• Supporting the Licensee

• Liaising with Tenants

• Coordinating maintenance

• Payment of Accounts

• Completing inspections and reports

• Other duties as required

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in commercial property management

• QLD certificate of registration

• Full Drivers Licence

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience in Re-leased and Cirrus8 trust account systems would be an advantage

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
