We’re looking for experienced and reliable truck drivers to join our crew. This is your chance to jump in the driver’s seat of our top-quality T908, T909 and T950 trucks. About the role

Your initial responsibilities will include: 

  • Safely operating company trucks and equipment in accordance with all safety standards
  • Conducting daily pre-start inspections and performing routine maintenance checks
  • Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in a safe and responsible manner
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Accurately recording delivery information, including timesheets and delivery notes
  • Promoting Goldsmith’s core values and culture within the team

About you 

To be considered for this role the successful applicant must have: 

  • At least 5 years’ truck driving experience, including proficiency with Road Ranger gearboxes
  • Experience operating quad, truck & trailer, and tandem tipper trucks
  • A solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), plus knowledge of mass and fatigue management
  • Good communication skills – clear, respectful, and team-focused
  • A valid Construction Induction (White Card)
  • A current Driver’s License
  • A valid Heavy Combination (HC) license
  • Attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate records and paperwork
  • A reputation for being reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Willingness to travel interstate and stay away from home when required
  • References
