As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment and performing hands-on tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in any of the following processes:
Warehouse (Material Coordinator)
Encapsulation
Compression
Dispensing & Mixing
Packing Line Operations
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow batch manufacturing records and SOPs with accuracy
Conduct quality checks and in-process testing
Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptly
Uphold cGMP and workplace safety at all times
Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Previous experience in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment preferred
A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Must have valid Australian work rights
