$35.50 per hour + OT + Super

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Ormeau. This is a fast-paced role working in a temperature-controlled environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Working in cold storage environments (-18°C to 0°C)
• Manual handling and stock replenishment
• Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily pick targets
• Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

About You

• Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order fulfilment experience
• Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer conditions)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Own reliable transport- Required as will be 2 weeks of training in Acacia Ridge
• Full Australian working rights
