We’re looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, retention and revenue through our owned marketing channels. THE ROLE

As our CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and optimise customer communications across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Web Push, driving engagement and revenue through targeted campaigns and automated customer journeys.

Working closely with our marketing and ecommerce teams, you’ll play a key role in improving the customer experience and lifetime value across our brands. This role requires a balance of campaign execution and lifecycle strategy, including working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and the NW loyalty program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Web Push
  • Supporting major promotions, product launches and brand campaigns
  • Building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation etc.)
  • Developing customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour and purchase data
  • Supporting CRM automation linked to the Nutrition Warehouse loyalty program
  • Running A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion and revenue
  • Analysing campaign performance and optimising results
  • Maintaining CRM templates, deliverability and data quality
  • Supporting initiatives to grow our owned marketing databases

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 4–7 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Email, SMS, push or messaging channels
  • Experience building automated customer journeys
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Dotdigital or similar
  • Experience working with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • A Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • Hungry to drive up revenue through identifying new consumer opportunities
