Architects of Vibe is an event design and production company delivering large-scale events, festivals, corporate experiences, and brand activations across Australia.

We’re looking for a Junior Operations / Project Coordinator to support both operational delivery and provide production support while learning how events are brought to life, from concept through to install.

This is a hands-on, office-based role with regular on-site exposure. You’ll assist with logistics, suppliers, greenrooms, styling preparation, and installs while learning directly from experienced event operators and creative leaders.

About the Role

Working alongside the Assistant General Manager and Event Director, you will help ensure projects run smoothly, gear is ready, and creative builds are delivered to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to understand how events are actually built, not just planned.

What You'll Do
Project & Operations Support
  • Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and supplier coordination

  • Support RMS systems, purchasing, receipts, and job tracking

  • Help prepare greenroom, hire items, and equipment quotes

  • Assist with trucking logistics and gear movement planning

  • Support warehouse coordination and job prep

Creative & Production Support
  • Assist with sourcing materials, props, and styling elements

  • Help prepare creative builds and install components

  • Support on-site installs, pack-downs, and styling execution

  • Ensure creative assets and styling items are organised and ready

Office & On-Site Support
  • Act as an office runner and on-site support when required

  • Assist with greenroom setup and event preparation

  • Learn gear management and event delivery from the ground up

What We're Looking For
  • Someone early in their career who wants to learn the industry properly

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

  • Willing to work in the office, on-site, and occasionally run errands

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Interested in events, logistics, and creative production

  • Driver's licence required

  • Open C licence required for vehicle operation

  • Australian work rights required

Bonus (not essential):
Events, production, warehouse, or styling experience

What We Offer
  • Full-time role with clear growth pathways

  • Real-world event experience, not just spreadsheets

  • Mentorship from experienced operations and creative leaders

  • Exposure to large-scale events and creative builds

  • Supportive, fast-paced team environment
