Fine Peace Australia is a dynamic property development and investment company based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland and proudly part of the global Fine Peace Holdings Group. We are seeking an experienced hotel professional with Australian industry experience to join us as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing hotel pre-opening preparation and coordinating with the appointed operator to protect the owner’s interests and maximise long-term asset value.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in hotel positioning, concept and operating model planning

  • Review architectural and interior design plans to ensure operational efficiency and brand compliance

  • Coordinate and assist with pre-opening preparations

  • Review pre-opening budgets and staffing structure proposals

  • Assist with management agreement implementation and communication with the hotel brand/operator

  • Act as the primary liaison between the owner and the third-party operator

  • Review annual budgets, monthly financial statements and operational reports

  • Monitor key performance indicators (RevPAR, ADR, GOP, etc.)

  • Evaluate cost structure and operating expenses

  • Provide recommendations to optimise asset performance

  • Report operational performance to senior management regularly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years hotel industry experience in Australia

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in relevant field

  • Background in 4–5 star hotels

  • Previous roles such as Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Assistant GM or equivalent

  • Pre-opening experience highly preferred

  • Familiar with Australian hospitality labour system and modern award structure

  • Ability to analyse P&L and financial performance

  • Fluent English; Chinese language skills are highly desirable

  • Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills
