About the Role

You'll be the link between our customers, technicians, suppliers and management team.

One moment you'll be helping a customer in store. The next you'll be booking service work, preparing a quote, ordering stock, coordinating technicians, following up customers or helping solve a problem.

You'll play a critical role in helping keep the business running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers in store and over the phone

• Conducting water testing and providing recommendations

• Processing sales and customer orders

• Booking and coordinating service work

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and SMS

• Preparing and following up quotations

• Supporting stock control

• Assisting with scheduling and technician coordination

• Helping improve systems, processes and customer experience

• Assisting with marketing initiatives and customer retention activities

• Supporting the day to day operations of the business

Experience

Experience in retail, customer service, administration, scheduling, sales support or operations coordination will be highly regarded.

Experience creating social media content would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pool industry experience is not required.

We can teach pool equipment, water chemistry and systems.

Hours

We are flexible on the employment structure for the right person.

This role can be offered as either Permanent Part Time or Full Time depending on the successful applicant's experience, availability and suitability.

Regular Saturday availability during spring and summer is a requirement of this role.
