Key Responsibilities:
Support lead agents with new development sales
Manage buyer enquiries and follow-ups
Conduct open homes and private appointments
Maintain and update databases & CRM
Prepare sales documentation
Contributing to a high-energy, professional team culture
Prospecting and lead generation for buyers and sellers
Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement
Other duties as requested
What We're Looking For:
Current QLD Real Estate Registration
Strong work ethic, communication and presentation skills
Sales-focused, proactive, excellent time management
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in real estate, off-the-plan sales or client facing role highly regarded, but not essential
Collaborative mindset and commitment to a long-term career in real estate
Availability to work weekends (with a mid-week RDO where applicable)
Hold a current QLD driver's license and own a reliable car
