The Opportunity We're looking for a talented and driven lawyer to join our respected corporate, commercial and property team. In this role, you'll work closely with our partners and play a key part in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients. Your Key Responsibilities You'll be involved in a broad range of matters, including: Managing business and asset sale transactions from start to finishRetail and Commercial leasingAssisting with share sale and purchase dealsDrafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and commercial documents, such as finance agreements, employment contracts, heads of agreement, and assignment/novation documentsPreparing shareholder agreements and company secretarial documentationSupporting company restructures and advising on corporate structures About You We're seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence and client service. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial lawSolid understanding of the Corporations ActExperience advising on corporate structures and transactionsStrong drafting and negotiation skillsA proactive, collaborative approach to your work Why choose our client?
