In this role, you'll work closely with our partners and play a key part in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients. Your Key Responsibilities You'll be involved in a broad range of matters, including: Managing business and asset sale transactions from start to finishRetail and Commercial leasingAssisting with share sale and purchase dealsDrafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and commercial documents, such as finance agreements, employment contracts, heads of agreement, and assignment/novation documentsPreparing shareholder agreements and company secretarial documentationSupporting company restructures and advising on corporate structures About You We're seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence and client service.
