About the role

McDermott Residential, a leading Gold Coast real estate agency in Miami, QLD, is seeking experienced Real Estate Professionals to join our dynamic team. The full-time roles offer an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in residential sales and/or property management, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What your role entails:

1. Managing a portfolio of residential properties with a team of like-minded professionals, including leasing, tenant management, and maintenance coordination through to EOM accounting

2. Sales agents - listing, marketing and selling quality properties

3. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

4. Collaborating with the wider team to advance your career and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in residential sales or property management, managing a portfolio end-to-end within a team

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and liaise with various stakeholders

3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

4. A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing the real estate industry in Qld

5. Proficiency in using real estate software and technology to enhance productivity and service delivery, including PMe trust accounting and Xero

6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

7. A current real estate license or salesperson's certificate Qld (or the ability to achieve one through interstate prior recognition)
