An opportunity is now available for a Senior Advisor (Property) with exceptional leadership skills and specialist knowledge in property transactions, to contribute to exciting road infrastructure projects in the South Coast Region.

To help keep Queensland moving, we are actively recruiting for a Senior Advisor (Property) with:
• Experience in property and land acquisition, including a practical understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures related to Queensland land tenure.
• Motivation to contribute within a high-paced project environment to support one of the largest infrastructure programs currently in Queensland.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including preparation of reports and facilitation of presentations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support informed property decision making.
