About the Role

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to support new business growth through cold calling, canvassing, and outbound prospecting.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager.

This is a high-activity, outbound sales role focused on building pipeline and creating new business opportunities.

There is strong growth available into a Sales / Account Executive role once you prove yourself through consistent performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and canvassing new business prospects

  • Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities

  • Engaging decision-makers and generating interest

  • Booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager

  • Gathering key account and opportunity information

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

  • Driving consistent daily outbound activity

About You

  • Passionate, hungry, and motivated to build a sales career

  • Confident and resilient with cold calling and direct outreach

  • Comfortable canvassing and speaking to new businesses

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Consistent, disciplined, and target-driven

  • Previous sales/BDR/telesales experience preferred but not essential

  • Strong desire to progress into a Sales / Account Executive role
