Task & responsibilities

Task & Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

As a Site Manager, you will: 

  • Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence. 
  • Elevate Customer Service: Personalize every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service. 
  • Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste. 
  • Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with skill and efficiency. 
  • Leverage Your Experience: Bring your management experience and full availability to excel in this role. 

Qualification & experience

Qualification & Experience

    Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Leadership experience in a retail capacity, within a fuel station environment a distinct advantage (at least 12 months); 
  • Relevant Formal qualifications – Diploma level or higher;
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends;
  • Proven financial management skills with the ability to understand and effectively control costs and maximize sales targets and KPI’s;
  • Familiarity with POS systems; 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; and
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, especially during weekends and public holidays.
