MYWORKPAPERS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD are seeking a full time Sales Representative/Account Manager
Duties:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Australian business clients, identifying and converting sales opportunities across both existing accounts and new prospects.
- Identify prospective client businesses and conduct targeted outreach to establish new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of SaaS workflow solutions, translating product capabilities into commercial outcomes for clients.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to assess client needs, identify inefficiencies in manual processes, and recommend tailored digital solutions.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations, clearly articulating system functionality, integration capability, and return on investment to decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalisation for new and expanding client engagements.
- Monitor client requirements, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing market insights to sales leadership and product teams.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful adoption of software solutions.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying further sales opportunities.
- Record sales activities, pipeline progression, and outcomes within CRM systems, contributing to forecasting and reporting.
Skills and qualifications
Relevant degree and 1 year experience or else 5 years experience in a sales role
