Joint Sealer / Caulker Wanted

Quality Seal Australia is looking for a reliable joint sealer / caulker to join our team.

We work across residential, commercial, remedial and marine projects, with a strong focus on neat, high-quality work.

Experience with silicone, caulking or joint sealing is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right person if they have a good attitude, are reliable and want to learn a valuable trade skill.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, turns up on time, communicates well and wants steady work with a professional team.

What we are looking for

• Some caulking, silicone, construction or trade experience preferred

• Reliable, honest and easy to work with

• Willing to learn and improve

• Takes pride in neat, high-quality work

• Able to work around Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas

• Good communication and strong work ethic

• White Card required

• Own transport required

The role

• Preparing joints before sealing

• Applying silicone and sealants neatly

• Internal and external joint sealing

• Residential and commercial caulking

• Remedial sealing work

• Communicating job progress with the team

• Keeping the work area clean and professional
