Invest by Metricon is a new exciting division of the business offering our clients tailored property investment solutions with ongoing support and guidance, helping them achieve their investment goals.

We are looking to appoint a highly skilled communicator to build rapport with prospects and complement our experienced and goal driven property investment team. This position can be based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Scheduling: Qualify leads and book with Property Investment Advisors, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system
  • Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, and cancellations
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments; and
  • Team Work: Work & collaborate closely with the sales manager to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve shared department goals.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette
  • A general understanding of property investment principles an advantage
  • Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantage
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
  • Finance knowledge would be highly regarded such as property investment background
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
