Direct Personnel are on the hunt for Trade Qualified Boilermakers and Experienced Welders to join a busy manufacturing workshop producing high quality steel products and formwork.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established local employer offering consistent hours, steady workflow and a supportive team environment. We welcome both trade qualified Boilermakers and skilled Welders with strong MIG/TIG experience to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • MIG and TIG welding across a range of steel fabrication projects
  • Heavy fabrication and assembly work
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
  • Working with steel formwork and structural components
  • Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
  • Working as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team
What We Need from You:
  • Trade qualification or strong welding experience
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding
  • Heavy fabrication experience
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
  • Full Australian working rights
