We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven, team-focused, and hands-on Site Supervisor who brings proven experience in commercial cleaning and a passion for excellence.

This full-time, ongoing role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and operational management experience within the commercial cleaning industry. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will take pride in overseeing a prestigious site on the Gold Coast, leading and supporting a dedicated team of cleaners, and ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe work practices among cleaning staff, as well as ensuring all duties outlined in the specifications are carried out with minimal to no disruption to the client, and in a manner that does not endanger employees, clients, or the general public.

As Site Supervisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:

·         Maintain cleaners’ rooms in a neat and tidy condition.

·         Ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

·         Oversee equipment checks, repairs, and tagging requirements.

·         Implement best practice cleaning procedures and site standards.

·         Supervise staff performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.

·         Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding cleaning services.

·         Conduct inductions, training, and toolbox meetings.

·         Manage rosters, cover absences, and ensure service continuity.

·         Complete quality inspections, reports, and stock management.

·         Adhere to company and client policies, plus any additional tasks as directed.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate:

  • Experience of cleaning service operations contract and team management.

  • Strong supervision and communication skills, with ability to effectively delegate work and tasks and ensure they are completed in accordance with expected standards.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of safe working processes and practices.

  • Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook.

 NOTE: All Applicants must have the right to work on a full-time ongoing basis (38 hours per week).
