About the Role
We have Full-time positions available to suit your schedule and experience level. You’ll be part of a friendly, professional team that values reliability, consistency, and great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, tapers, and beard grooming

• Deliver consistent service standards across all clients

• Consult with clients to understand their style and preferences

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-presented workstation at all times

• Ensure tools and equipment are sanitised and handled correctly

• Manage bookings and walk-ins efficiently (depending on shop system)

• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business

• Work collaboratively with the team to support a positive shop culture

• Uphold shop policies, professionalism, and customer service expectations

Requirements

• Certificate III in Barbering (or equivalent qualification preferred)

• Experience in men’s grooming, fades, and beard styling (all levels welcome)
