We are looking for team members committed to customer relations, patron safety and who can offer more. The successful applicant must have the minimum functions on their security license of Security Officer and Crowd Control.

Outstanding presentation and communications skills with a strong understanding of the need to follow policy and procedure is a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Crowd Management and Patron Safety,

• Access Control,

• Bag checking,

• Wanding,

• Accurate Incident reports,

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation,

• Emergency response and evacuation procedures,

• Outstanding customer service.

• Strong observation and problem solving skills,

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure,

• Team player

Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays with a commitment to punctual attendance. Flexible casual rostering to suit your availability.

Excellent wage rates of $33.91-$81.92 per hour (rates increase July 1) + Superannuation, Paid Weekly.
