Major Training Group is on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Field Officer to join our growing team, servicing Southern Gold Coast & Northern NSW. This role is a new addition as we continue to scale up and expand our reach across QLD & NSW.

Based out of our Yatala facility, You’ll work across our priority trade qualification areas including construction, electrical, automotive and engineering, helping us to strengthen existing relationships and uncover new opportunities. You’ll also work closely with our Field Officers, Course Advisors, Training Delivery teams and Business Managers to ensure smooth and successful outcomes for our students and clients.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, apprentices, trainees and industry partners.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.

• Promote our high-quality, flexible and tailored training solutions.

• Conducting workplace visits to support enrolments and managing documentation.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive training journey for every learner.

• Achieve activity and performance targets.

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, employment services or customer engagement.

• An eye for opportunity and the ability to talk confidently about solutions and outcomes.

• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.

• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Experience in apprenticeships, traineeships, VET or workforce development is highly regarded but not essential.
