JSW Powersports is growing and we're looking for a creative, energetic and passionate Content Creator/ Videographer to join our award-winning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the in-house content specialist for one of Australia's leading powersports and marine dealerships. You'll be responsible for creating engaging photo, video and social media content that showcases our world-class brands, products, events, customers and team culture.

About the Role

As our In-House Content Creator/ Videographer, you'll play a key role in building and growing the JSW Powersports brand across multiple digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality photo and video content for social media, website and marketing campaigns

  • Filming and editing product showcases, walkarounds, customer deliveries, events and promotional content including demo days

  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels

  • Shoot and edit all new inventory for websites such as Boatsales.

  • Capturing dealership culture, team activities, customer experiences and behind-the-scenes content

  • Developing creative content ideas and marketing campaigns

  • Working closely with sales, service and management teams to support business objectives

  • Maintaining brand consistency across all content

  • Capture and edit photos for pre-loved inventory

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated and passionate about producing content that gets results.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience in content creation, videography and photography.

  • Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar

  • Experience with photography editing tools including Lightroom and Photoshop

  • A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and audience engagement

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset

  • A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in the marine, automotive, powersports, or lifestyle industries

  • Drone photography and videography experience

  • Graphic design skills

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns
