We are looking for a Toyota Parts manager to lead our excellent parts team. As we continue to grow we are looking for a hands on leader who will help our team achieve the highest possible!
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
Manage and lead an enthusiastic team of interpreters and storemen.
Continue to build and manage relationships with suppliers and customers.
Champion and train staff to achieve best practice and TFL objectives.
Monitor and manage expenditure.
Meet sales KPI’s.
Provide activity and performance reports to management.
Assess inventory holding for stock turn, phase in/out and minimum holdings.
Meet OHS/WHS requirements at all times.
Ensure stock data integrity and stock handling procedures are met.
Skills, Experience, Attributes & Licences required:
An enthusiastic approach
Previous parts interpreting experience or department management experience.
Strong understanding of Parts and Service operations.
Customer service skills and communication both written and verbal.
Organisational skills within a dynamic and changing environment.
High attention to detail.
High levels of initiative and the ability to hit the ground running
Current Driver’s License
