DAZMAC is a fast-growing family-owned freight forwarder & licensed customs brokerage with offices & warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane & Perth which specialize in shipping boats, cars, caravans and other unique vehicles. We have customs 77G and QAP 1.3 depots onsite in all locations along with our own Tilt Trays and Car Carriers. 

The role, based in our new customs-built facility in Gilberton QLD, involves managing our large key accounts which ship large volumes of vehicles.

We are looking for an applicant who has some experience in either import / export sea freight or vehicle transport along with previous exposure to a customer facing position. There will also be a requirement to assist and cover the operations for these key accounts during peak periods, so an operational background is important.

The successful candidate will be handling the movement of vehicles including coastal sea freight, which involves elements of both import and export sea freight by Roll on Roll Off (RORO) & Container shipping. Whist RORO is our predominant method and vast majority of the workload, container logistics also plays a vital role in our operation. The role is exciting, dynamic and at times fast paced due to various factors such vessel departures overlapping and large bulk bookings.

Software used is Cargowise, which is integrated with our own in-house dealer portal and transport app.
