About the Role:

You will be a key member at our Clearpro Burleigh Heads Branch. We are looking for an upbeat team-player who will be an all-rounder where no two days will be the same. Your input will be crucial to maintaining efficient operations within the workshop including organise, prepare, load, unload equipment for mobilisation, ensure workshop is equip with stock and administration duties of record keeping tracking equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide friendly and professional service as first point of contact greeting customers and suppliers with general enquiries
• Perform safe loading and unloading of plant and equipment exiting and returning to the yard
• Prepare dispatch and return documentation for equipment
• Perform safe cleaning and detailing of all plant and equipment in the yard
• Conduct general housekeeping of the yard facilities in accordance with company standards
• Manage OH&S and environmental hazards in the workplace
• Ensuring timely completion for all inspection, testing, safety, delivery and purchasing paperwork is accurately completed in full
• Complete asset inductions and function testing for new equipment
• Decanting of dangerous and hazardous chemicals for treatment processes
• T/A work for tradesman when and as needed
• Responsible for stock takes. – complete required requisitions for additional stock
• Attention to detail to produce quality work such as paperwork and order picking
• Assist as otherwise directed
• Basic assembly of components such as pipe fittings and valves
• Accurate record keeping of tracking and maintaining equipment
• Receipting of orders and delivered items to branch

Skills and Experience:

Essential

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Current Drivers License
• High Risk Forklift License (LF)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Patient, flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances with great problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
• Ability to work well with other team members and champion the NPE brand
• Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision

Desirable

• Previous Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries would be advantageous
• Rigging & Dogging License (DG/RG)
• Aptitude for understanding and using machines or tools
